Re: upgrading software system and troubleshooting

Dear Valued Customers,

First, Victoria Healthcare International Clinic would like to thank you for your trust in choosing Victoria Healthcare as a healthcare provider for yourself and your family members.

Currently, due to an unexpected technical issue related tointernational database storage connection, we are sorry to notify you of an upgrade software system and troubleshooting within 7 to 10 days, effective 19/10/2020.

Therefore, during this time, we would like to suspend the provision of the medical check-up results. All documents, laboratory results andcheck-upreport will be returned to customers upon the completion of software upgrade. In addition, customer service operations may also be delayed or slow down during this time due to lack of software support. We will do our best to bring the system back to normal operation as soon as possible.

This is an unexpected incident, we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
