COVID-19 TESTING IS NOT REQUIRED FOR PATIENTS AND VISITORS IN VICTORIA HEALTHCARE CLINIC,.
Effective 1st Oct, 2021.
(*) Eligibility requirements:
✅ Completing medical declaration complete, no suspected symptoms of Covid-19 infection, no epidemiologic contact
✅ Meeting “Green status” criteria: Full vaccination - Two COVID-19 vaccine doses with the second dose date occurring minimum of 14 days prior to campus return, OR COVID-19 Recovery - documented in the last 6 months by authorities

💢 Clinic 1: 20 Dinh Tien Hoang, Da Kao Ward, District 1
Monday – Sunday: 8:00 pm-5:00 pm
💢 Clinic 2: 135A Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 11, Phu Nhuan D.
Monday – Saturday: 8:00 pm-5:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

✔️ All patients, clients, guests visiting clinic are required for medical declaration.
✔️ Rapid testing for Covid-19 is required for those who have suspected Covid-19 symptoms and not meet “Green status” (Full vaccination - Two COVID-19 vaccine doses with the second dose date occurring minimum of 14 days prior to campus return, OR COVID-19 Recovery - documented in the last 6 months by authorities)
✔️ Clinic staff have routine testing for Covid-19 according to updated regulations.
✔️ 100% staff of Victoria Healthcare are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, monitoring health and comply with daily medical declarations.
✔️ The staff is continuously trained to prevent Covid-19
✔️ Contact surfaces, equipment & furniture in clinic are disinfected hourly: door handles, elevator buttons, desks, chairs, counters...
✔️ Disinfecting the screening area and patient examination room every day.
